Information about Shipping and Delivery

For each destination, we always offer Free Shipping (slower) and Express Shipping.

You can access at any time to My account > Order history and details section to check your order status.

Please pay attention to enter the correct shipping address. In case of wrong address, the goods return to the sender. For the second shipment, the full cost of the shipment will be charged.

By default, orders are shipped the day after we receive the order payment. For customized products, please consider the timing indicated on the relative product page. Also, please check if the product you've chosen is in stock (this information is available in the product page).

For urgent orders, we invite you to contact us so we can give priority to your shipment.

Shipping fees

For prices and timing, see the following tables (prices are taxes excluded). To know precisely the amount of Express delivery costs, we invite you to register, enter your address and add the desired goods to your cart: during check-out, our system automatically calculates shipping costs.

Delivery times may be longer if the shipping address is in a remote area. For precise information on shipping times to your specific address, please contact us, telling us the postcode for delivery. If the delivery address is outside the European Union, your country may carry out customs procedures that could postpone delivery. Please also consider this eventuality in the case of tight deadlines. Customs charges are charged to the recipient.
